Olde Goa Goan Meat Marinade

Just add to meat and cook , great for Roast and BBQ

chef Savios tip .

1kg topside Beef or leg of Lamb stab the meat rub some vinegar (I use Goan toddy )and rock salt , top with little Olive oil keep it for half hour

shake the bottle waking all ingredients bringing the in action poring the liquid on top of it .

1 night before will be great . Leave it in fridge next day leaving it out room temperature 1 hour in the oven with some onion in the try and others veg good 1 hrs gas mark 6 but pls check as per your normal cooking can change .
