Recipe:Â
Prick 1kg meat well on all sides.
Rub rock salt and 4 tbsps Toddy vinegar in to the meat, followed by 5 tbsps Goan Spicy Roast Paste. Marinade for 1 hour.
Add 250ml water to a baking tin. Add the marinated meat and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil.
Roast for about 40 minutes at 200c until cooked thoroughly.
Chef’s Tip:Â For an even more authentic taste, use Goan Toddy Vinegar.
