Olde Goa Cafreal Green Curry Paste can be used for vegetables,Â fish/prawnsÂ or chicken dishes on the barbeque too.
1. Dice 500g of chicken add 3 table spoons of Olde Goa Cafreal paste and let it marinate for 1 hour. Shallow fry in oil over low heat for 15 minutes till it starts to brown, or grill in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes till golden brown. Serve with fries salad and lime wedges.
Great with Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Lamb or veg try on the barbecues.
