Cafreal is a spicy chicken preparation, consumed widely in the goa. The dish originated from the portuguese colonies in the african continent. It was introduced into the goan cusine by the portuguese.

Olde Goa Cafreal Green Curry Paste can be used for vegetables, fish/prawns or chicken dishes on the barbeque too.
Cooking instructions
1. Dice 500g of chicken add 3 table spoons of Olde Goa Cafreal paste and let it marinate for 1 hour. Shallow fry in oil over low heat for 15 minutes till it starts to brown, or grill in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes till golden brown. Serve with fries salad and lime wedges.

Great with Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Lamb or veg try on the barbecues.
