It was introduced into the goan cusine by the portuguese. Cooking instructions1. Dice 500g of chicken add 3 table spoons of Olde Goa Cafreal paste and let it marinate for 1 hour. Shallow fry in oil over low heat for 15 minutes till it starts to brown, or grill in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes till golden brown. Serve with fries salad and lime wedges.
