This dish is named after the Indian Tandoor, a clay oven in which the meat is cooked after it has been marinated in yoghurt and spices. Now not only a favourite in India, but across the globe.
Cooking instructions1. Take entire of this packet and 100g of plain yoghurt in a bowl. Mix it well. 2. Apply this mixture to 1kg of chicken and grill it on a medium heat, turning regularly until the chicken is cooked.
