Return Policy

Where an order qualified for free post and packing ,we will deduct our post and packing cost from the refund .We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by such as credit card transaction fees. To request a refund or replacement please contact us first by email or telephone. We will require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. Curry Tree will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in the transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Curry Tree does not currently store and do not intend to store your financial details (credit or debit card numbers) now or in the future. All customers address details remain confidential. Curry Tree will only disclose your address information to third parties for the purpose of arranging delivery.

Delivery Policy

We endeavour to ship your order within 1 business day. Delivery is via Royal Mail and is normally within 1 to 5 business days.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason you are not entirely happy with your Curry Tree spice mix please raise a claim within 28 days. You may return unopened goods within 28 days of the invoice and subject to inspection and acceptance, we will refund or provide replacement(s) as applicable. Refund will be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. Refund will have post and packing charges deducted. We will require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. In the unlikely event that a Curry Tree spice mix you ordered is not in the stock,we will back your order for you. You will be always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Most items available from Curry Tree are tax exempt. If VAT is applicable then it is already included in the price you see.
