All ingredients are Natural; there is no MSG, No Gluten, No Colouring or Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat in the product. The ingredients are always grown locally and selected individually for their flavour. All you need is water, vegetables and dairy (optional). No need for oil and salt, it is already included.
